Coelho & Ridnell at LIVE MAGIC!

Coelho & Ridnell have been asked to open up the festivities for Day 2 of Peter Barakan’s LIVE MAGIC! festival in Tokyo on Sunday, October 20.  Coelho & Ridnell will be playing as a trio with the great Japanese bass player Kenji “JINO” Hino with special guest Koh Tairaku on trumpet. One 30 minute set on the Lounge stage at 12:15pm shortly after doors open.

Live Magic is an indoor music festival that takes place for the 6th time this year, over the weekend of October 19-20, at Ebisu Garden Place. It is a small-scale festival taking in a number of musical styles, curated by radio DJ Peter Barakan.  The venue includes a large and a small hall, plus a lobby area with a smaller stage and featuring food and drink vendors.
